What is the check-in and check-out time?

Check-in is from 3:00 PM, and check-out is by 11:00 AM. If you need flexible times, feel free to contact us in advance, and we’ll do our best to accommodate your needs.
Do I need to bring my own towels and bedsheets?

We provide you with free towels and bedsheets in all our apartments
What is the cancellation policy?

You can cancel your reservation up to 5 days prior to your arrival for free. After that you can not cancel you reservation anymore
How do I get into the apartment?

After filling out the Check-In form you will get a 6 digit PIN code to enter the apartment at any time with our electronic door lock
Are Pets allowed?

No, unfortunatly pets are not allowed since there are many people with allergies
Is parking available at the properties?

Since the parking is different for each apartment, please refer to the individual apartment's page
